Easy online ordering, fast arrival, simple installation. The blinds arrive with the upper and lower limits set perfectly, this is true for both of my orders and on all 7 windows we have done so far. We think the blinds look great, we've attached a couple of pictures for anyone who wishes to check out what we have done. These are the 85% zebra shades. It was really fun putting it up and watching it work. The only problem I had was removing the shades once I attached them to the brackets. Before putting the brackets to the window, attaching and removing them was easy but once the brackets were screwed in it became tough to remove the shades from them once attached.

Shades were delivered quick and in the exact correct size, fitting great. Boxes were nicely labeled. Also the height limits were set perfectly and all three blind were preprogrammed into the remote. Also really like the solar cell charging which works well. I chose the zebra ones with Matter over Thread motor which do work amazingly well with Home Assistant!

This is our first set of motorized blinds and first set of Zebra style. Installation was simple, even in my very challenging 14' stairway. We really like the look and ease of operation and have just placed our order for 3 more windows, that will be installed in a living-room and dining room. Quality is great, as I am comparing to manual blinds that we had that were 3X the cost per window, and were not motorized. Delivery was 3 weeks from order placed to delivery to my front door. So far, our SmartWings experience is 5-Star.

These Zebra Blinds a Very nice and look great in my kitchen. and the Homekit automation works great. They open at sunrise and close at sunset. I plan to buy more for other windows in the house.

Jan. 1st I had initially purchased 5 to have them synchronize with Alexa and loved the idea of the zebra concept. Love the quality and the colors as well as the material which seems very good quality. Even shipment from overseas was a lot quicker than usual. This was an addition to my last purchase and even though pricey, they are worth it.

Love the new shades! Came in a solid packing box, no damages! With perfect size and accessories! Much earlier then anticipated. Installation was super easy! Remote is cute and works perfectly! Only thing is I order 3 shades for one room and I got three remotes and charging cable even though I just need one remote to operate all three shades!

These smart blinds are the real deal they are super cool and very fashionable. The whole concept of having the blinds overlay the way they do just looks gorgeous and really adds dimensions to our living room. I was super worried that at the price they wouldn't look good but the dark gray color looks great! I also love the fact that they're smart. Clicking a button on the zero channel of the remote and having all of the blinds go down to a preset position or having Alexa put them all to the preferred location with just a word is really convenient and honestly a cool parlor trick when having guests over. This is honestly probably one of the coolest and most useful smart home products I've gotten, even my girlfriend admits they're worth it. My only real gripe is that installing the blinds was a bit of a pain and the programming setup was extremely annoying. Even one small mistake with programming the remote/blinds basically translated to resetting the entire blind work. Still once the programming is done its pretty easy to not think about it at all. Finally the customer service was great! We had one blind that didn't quite fit the dimensions of our window and SmartWings customer service worked with us to get the replacement parts so I was able to replace the poor fitting one.

Unsure of the quality, we ordered one of these for a single window to test the waters in our new home construction. They contacted me immediately after purchase to confirm measurements. The unit shipped quickly despite being a very non-standard size. It arrived well packaged with all necessary hardware, in perfect condition and best of all, well ahead of the initial delivery estimate. I'll be mounting next week. Assuming operation is as good as everything up to this point, I'll be ordering at least 6 more of these for our two-story living room windows facing the lake. Wish list for future improvements - options on the valence finish. They come with a very clean and well finished aluminum face. It doesn't entirely fit with the aesthetic of our paint/furniture/etc. It works, but not perfectly. I wish there was an option for it to be finished in black. I'll likely eventually disassemble and paint black. The alternative of course is to add an additional fabric/wood valence across the top, but again, that doesn't always fit in to every homes aesthetic. Lastly, these are an incredible value for DIY'ers or even a contractor. Pricing nearly identical units at several different local window treatment shops are 2-3x per window.
