Easy to install. The blind itself is excellent. Good quality. Motor and remote work very well too. Although the bllind material itself is 100% block out, the mechanism itself allows in quite a bit of light in the corners of the top mounting bar. This is light that comes in from the top of the blind through the corner of the mechanism itself. Definitely a design flaw for a product that claims to be a block out blind. The advertising pictures must be fake or fixed to not show this problem. For people who must sleep in the daytime or are very light sensitive - ANY light will wake you up - then this is NOT the product. I have experimented with door insulation foam strips, cut out my own plastic pieces and finally just put cardboard and blue tape up on the areas where it bleeds light... not a very good look and I cannot use the motor to raise and lower with the taped fix. In time I will have to remove the blinds, create a secondary light barrier behind and above the blind then put the blind back up. I did not include a photo, but if you examine the photos of other people, then look at the amount of sun that bleeds on the sides and top. Even the best picture will show the top corners where squares of light - akin to being hit with a flashlight come through unhindered by the design of the blind roller and mechanism. Smarter design could have easily handled this.

Great customer service I have an issue with one of the blinds " when I press remote up the blinds go down and opposite" the customer service response instantly send me instruction video how to change direction on a remote. I'm very very happy. Quality great. Zigbee motor works great connect to my smart Life app with no problem. Quiet, can work battery power or wire.

Ordered pretty much the largest size available, it was not too hard to install by myself, though I’d recommend having 2 people. Hardest part was making sure it would line up with the floor when fully closed. I’m really happy with how it totally blocks out light. Lastly, the matter integration was seamless. Will definitely get more shades for my other windows.

The quality of the shades is excellent! Considering they are custom-built, the production and shipping process was quick. The shade arrived extremely well-packaged, and exactly to the specifications ordered. Installation was simple. The operation of the shades is reliable. The only minor issue is that the color description was not accurate. I ordered the vinyl roller shades in the dark gray color. I would call the color light gray (medium gray at best). They were significantly lighter than they appeared in the pictures. It is a nice color, just not what I was expecting. I wish they offered a true dark gray in the vinyl shades.

Ordered 6 shades for my new home from SmartWings. I’m UK based & had taken measurements in Millimetres. The guys in support kindly converted the units to the imperial measurements they require. The blinds arrived really quickly considering they came from the states, I was really impressed with the delivery time. Once out of the box, the shades were pretty much charged by the time I’d mounted all of the brackets. Then I was just a case of clipping them up.
