If you are dissatisfied with your SmartWings purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. Please note that configure-to-order, personalized, or other customized products cannot be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless they arrive defective.
For standard, non-customized products, returns are only accepted if the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Once we approve your return request, you must provide a screenshot of your order and ship the product back to the SmartWings warehouse within 15 days. Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation. You are responsible for any loss or damage during transit, so ensure proper packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened accessories.
