If you are dissatisfied with your SmartWings purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. SmartWings does not permit the return for refund or exchange of configure-to-order, personalized, or other customized products under any circumstances unless the product arrives defected.
If the product is returnable and you send it back to SmartWings unopened in its original packaging, SmartWings will issue an exchange or refund to your original method of payment. You must include a screenshot of the order and return the product to the SmartWings warehouse within 15 days after we agree your return (you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product in transit), in original, unmarked packaging, including any accompanying accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration. SmartWings may charge a 15% restocking fee on any accessories that have been opened.
