SmartWings Motorized Roller Shades 100% Blackout Vinyl

This is our third purchase of shades from SmartWings. They have been the ideal vendor for Customer Service and Continuous Improvement. When you call customer service, which I did on a Saturday, I was called back and helped that day. We noticed that with each purchase, there were changes to help make installation easier. I bought three of these blackout roller shades for two bedrooms with Z-wave and solar panels. Installation was easy enough and they work well! The only thing I didn’t anticipate was top and side clearance (side rails). For one window, I can’t open it unless the shade is fully open and then it becomes tricky to close since it gets stuck on the side rails. For the other window, the side rail is blocking it from fully opening.
