Easy to order, fast shipping, fairly easy install (longer shades are trickier, and needed two people). Really like the new black metal option. I have both hardwired extra long shades, and regular battery motors. The batteries came charged, which is very helpful. . We ordered a remote for every shade, so we will have them if any get lost. The remotes are easy to add extra shades to, and come preprogrammed for the shade they are ordered with. We added all shades in a room to one remote, so we can open/close the room.
