They shipped the wrong curtain rod, but were great about getting me the correct one at no cost and it was quick.

Great product, easy install and seems durable, had it for around 2 weeks and haven't had any issues! 4/5 because it does feel durable but not like it will last forever, great at the price point though!

The rail had been assembled incorrectly in the factory but I contacted support and they were quickly able to tell me what the issue was. My only complaint is that there isn't an option to include a valence when not ordering a accompanying curtain.
