We love our shade! it is so nice to use the electronic control. No more tugging and pulling, pushing to go up or down. We did have an issue and had great customer service, thank you for a great product

It works great. Instructions are diagrams only, no explanations. One shows the battery to the far left side of the shade, but the wires that need to be connected won't allow that to happen.
