Shipping with DHL was a nightmare. The package was finally delivered over a week late. DHL couldn't locate it and had to open a case to determine where it was and when it could be delivered. DHL wasn't very helpful and it was only Rachelle who diligently followed up and had them open the case before it was delivered. Love the blinds but hated shipping with DHL.

Very easy to install. I could not get Matter Motor to connect to Alexa on Echo Gen 4 but worked Great with Google Home and then was able to connect to Alexa with a code from Google Home.
